As your wedding day approaches, you want a fresh set of eyes to review and refine everything you've planned to ensure no detail is missed. This includes key components like the timeline, floor plan, and vendor logistics. The Event Management experience allows you to handle all of your own planning and design up until the final stretch, then seamlessly hand everything over to our team 90 days out. From there, we’ll take over the coordination, so you can live in the moment and enjoy your day uninterrupted.

Samara made the entire planning process organized, less stressful, and helped us stick to our budget. We had monthly check ins via zoom/FaceTime and she kept us on track. Samara handled coordinating deliveries/vendor arrival times, and set up/ break down.
